To make your EHMA 2023 experience as pleasant as possible, we have pre-blocked a number of rooms in nearby hotels at discounted or special prices.
Our partner hotels have been selected according to three categories:
- Hotels that are at walking distance from the conference venue.
You will pick these hotels if you want to be very close to the conference venue and reduce to the commuting time to the minimum. The hotels are in a quiet area of Rome, mostly surrounded by parks, and the surroundings offer a limited choice of bars and restaurants. - Hotels that are well connected with public transport.
These hotels are about 15 minutes from the conference venue by public transport. You will be very well connected to the city centre, and can enjoy everything Rome has to offer after a short metro ride. - Hotels that are closer to the city centre.
These hotels are the prefect choice if you want to be in Rome city centre. You will be steps aways from the main touristic attractions, as well as bars, restaurants and clubs. However, getting to the conference venue will take you more than 30 minutes with public transport.
Please note that you are under no obligation to book a room in the partner hotels and can make your own booking arrangements.

LH Hotel Roma Montemario (4 stars) is located in a peaceful district surrounded by the green, at short distance from the Olympic Stadium, the Flaminio Stadium and 5km from Saint Peter Basilica.
You can reach the conference venue on foot in five minutes.
The hotel is near a bus stop and half hour from Rome downtown by public transport.
COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT ROME CENTRAL PARK

Double room: 220,00 EUR (breakfast included) + 6,00 EUR (city tax)
Courtyard Rome Central Park (4 stars) is ideally situated in a quiet part of Rome near Vatican City, Olympic Stadium, Saint Peter Basilica, Gemelli University Hospital, Roma Metro Station and the train station.
You will be at a 5-minute walking distance of the conference venue.
2. Well connected with Public Transport
Mama Shelter Roma
Double room (single use): 219,00 EUR (breakfast included) + 6,00 EUR (city tax)
Mama Shelter (4 stars) is located less than 1 km from the Vatican Museums. Train and bus stations are within walking distance.
You can reach the conference venue via public transport (bus 913) in about 15 minutes.
3. Hotels in the city centre
Le Méridien Visconti
Double room (single use): 300,00 EUR (breakfast included) + 6,00 EUR (city tax)
Le Méridien Visconti is located a few minutes away from the main attractions of the city. This hotel is in a perfect location for leisure, business, shopping and nightlife.
You can reach the conference venue via public transport (bus 913) in about 30 minutes.
The hotel is close to Flaminio train station with connection to Fiumicino airport with a stop in Roma Termini.
Unahotels Trastevere
Double room (single use): 230,00 EUR (breakfast included) + 6,00 EUR (city tax)
Trastevere is one of the most characteristic and fascinating places in Rome, a district that is a symbol of the city: authentic, colourful, full of typical places, craft workshops and small shops.
You can reach the venue in about 50 minutes by public transport.
Trastevere train station (FL1) is within walking distance, with direct connection to the airport.
