The workshop How to ensure the sustainability of good practices transfer to heterogeneous contexts? The JADECARE Joint Action’ will showcase results and impact of the JADECARE Joint Action, an EU initiative aimed at reinforcing the capacity of health authorities to successfully address important aspects of health system transformation, in particular the transition to digitally enabled, integrated, person-centred care in the EU. In order to achieve these goals, JADECARE enables the participating national authorities and those beyond the consortium, to benefit as Next Adopters (NA) from efficient solutions developed by the four Good Practices (GPs).

Additionally, the workshop will explore factors that are key to transfer and implement good practices in heterogeneous contexts, such as health systems. The session will also bring practical examples of implementation of GP from two NA: Andalucía and Hungary. Finally, the workshop will discuss key elements to ensure the sustainability and scale up of practices beyond a Joint Action. Participants will be lively involved in the brainstorming and encouraged to share their opinions.
